We will highlight some of the great new features of Week Calendar 4.3:
Smoother
A lot of effort has been done to make Week Calendar 4.3 much smoother, by optimizing the app for specific devices. For example, we took quite some time to take full advantage of the new dual-core chip in the iPhone 4S.
The iPhone 3G and 3GS also received special attention: we measures the time common operations took on those devices and shaved off every millisecond of time that was unnecessary. As a result, the app runs smoother on the 3G(S).
Rolling Events
People often create events to do things. Examples are Take out the Trash on Wednesday, Pick up laundry, Get a haircut. These items take up time, so it makes sense to have them block out time in your calendar.
However, like all to do things, they don't always get done right away.
Wouldn't it be great if such an event would automatically move on to the next day, until you really got that haircut? For this, we've created the concept of rolling events. Rolling events will automatically advance to the next day, until you mark them as completed.
Creating a rolling event is as easy as toggling the 'Rolling event' box to on:
(Ex-)Palm users will feel right at home with this. Some more screenshots:

Send to Due
A lot of our users also use the excellent Due app . Week Calendar 4.3 adds special integration with a Send to Due action. You can easily add your events to Due as extra reminder, with only three taps:
- Select an event
- Tap on the action menu button
- Tap on Send to Due
Of course, Send to Due works completely with in batch editing mode. Want to send 5 events to Due? Select them, tap on the action menu and Send to Due.
Undelete Events
When deleting an event, there's a very clear confirmation dialog with a red button to really delete the event. However, we all mistakenly delete and confirm the wrong events from time to time. Or sometimes we simply want to re-schedule an older event which was deleted.
That's why we've added an Event Trash Bin in Week Calendar 4.3. Every event you delete in Week Calendar will get safely stored in the trash, so you can always restore it, copy it or view it.
Accessing the trash is done by tapping&holding on the trash icon. Select the events you wish to restore, and tap on Restore Events.
Fade out Past Events
For better focus, we made it possible to fade out past events. Upcoming events will stand out in full color when enabling this option.
Three options:
- Fade out
- Darken
- Fade out & Darken

Each option is designed to be recognizable so that users with visibility difficulties can pick one that suits them the best. And of course, fade out past events will work in each view, such as the list and agenda views:
And More...
There's a lot more in Week Calendar 4.3 to be discovered. We've streamlined lots of commonly used actions, made small interface enhancements were necessary and fixed a lot of known bugs.
Week Calendar 4.3 will be available early next week!

When does Week Calendar will be released on Android? and if it does which version of Android?

I added weather to my Week Calendar. The problem is that weather information accounts as an event and raises event count on the WC icon in the top right corner.
